Next to email, hardcopies are also required to be delivered to the following address: PROSAFE Office, Avenue des Arts 41, 1040 Bruxelles, Belgium (Attn. Mrs. Ioana Sandu), by 29 February 2024 - with stamp date being the proof that they were sent on 26 February 2024 at the latest. Any questions about the tender requirements or specifications must be submitted in writing to the same email addresses by 16 February 2024, 17:00 CET.
Background
The JAHARP2022-02 Ancillary Equipment to Solar Panels involves 8 Market Surveillance Authorities from the following 7 Countries: Cyprus, Czech Republic, Finland, Latvia, The Netherlands, Romania and Sweden.
The objective of this transnational activity is to identify unsafe products traded on the Single Market. The activity concerned falls within the scope of the ElectroMagnetic Compatibility Directive (EMCD) 2014/30/EU and the Radio Equipment Directive (RED) 2014/53/EU.
