Member of European Parliament
Vlad Marius Botoş graduated from the Universitatea de Vest "Vasile Goldiș" with a Law degree. Professionally associated with the private sector he became a manager in a foreign automotive enterprise. He entered politics at the age of 16 as an activist of the Peasant National Party (PNȚCD). After joining the Salvation Union of Romania (USR), in January 2017 he became the chairman of the group in Arad. In the 2019 European Parliamentary elections, he was elected a deputy to the European Parliament from the list of the 2020 USR-PLUS Alliance.
