Two free webinars organised by EEPLIANT2 together with EFCEM for suppliers of Professional Refrigerators.

EEPLIANT2 and EFCEM, The European Federation of Catering Equipment Manufacturers, ran two free-of-charge webinars, one for its members on 12 July 2019 and the second open to any interested stakeholders on 5 September 2019.

The aim was to help suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and other market actors to understand their obligations in the area of energy label and eco-design for professional refrigerators. The organisers used their market surveillance related experience and overall lessons derived from the recent lab testing of 30 professional cabinets and inspection of technical documentation of over 50 cabinets across Europe under the EEPLIANT2 project.

The Webinars included a Q&A session answered by EU Market Surveillance Authority professionals working with EFCEM.
