The Joint Actions on Harmonised Products – JAHARP2022 have advanced towards their goal of increasing the level of product safety and compliance within the EU in the field of energy labelling and ecodesign, electrical safety according to Low Voltage Directive and Electromagnetic compatibility and Machinery Directive.

Background

The market surveillance joint Actions are autonomous yet synergetic, and each has a duration of 24 months. In total, 25 Market Surveillance Authorities (MSAs) from 16 countries participate: Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, the Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden.
