The 9 Market Surveillance Authorities involved in the Joint Action on Harmonised Products – JAHARP2022-03 have completed the initial phases of the market surveillance cycle by conducting market analysis and risk analysis for the two product categories in the scope of the project: E-car charging stations and Chainsaws. They are now in the process of sampling products from their local markets and selecting testing laboratories to verify their compliance with EU Regulations.

Background

The 5 Joint Market Surveillance Actions JAHARP2022 are autonomous yet synergetic, and each has a duration of 24 months. In total, 23 MSAs from 15 countries participate: Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, the Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden.
