JAHARP2022-04 First Newsletter
The 12 Market Surveillance Authorities (MSAs) involved in the Joint Action on Harmonised Products – JAHARP2022-04 are focusing on the need for harmonisation of Market Surveillance Methodologies in the different Member States, for which priority areas have been already identified. An in-depth study will be carried out by the Joint Action with the aim to provide valid solutions to the problems which have been singled out. Two mutual visits will also be organised in order to facilitate knowledge-exchange and sharing of best practices among MSAs.

Background
The 5 Joint Market Surveillance Actions JAHARP2022 are autonomous yet synergetic, and each has a duration of 24 months. In total, 23 MSAs from 15 countries participate: Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, the Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden.
