2nd Newsletter JAHARP2021-02
The JAHARP2021-02 project focuses on televisions and computer monitors and has the goal of detecting non-compliances with the Energy Labelling and Ecodesign regulations, namely Regulation (EU) 2019/2021 and Regulation (EU) 2019/2013.
The Joint Action started in June 2022 and it is now coming to an end. The participating authorities have conducted market and risk analysis, identified products for inspection and testing, and are now ready to report on the status of the market and on the results achieved.
In the second newsletter, we report the key findings of the project and we discuss the main challenges that Market Surveillance Authorities (MSAs) still face in this field.
