2nd Newsletter JAHARP2021-11
Second Newsletter JAHARP2021 10

The JAHARP2021-11 project focuses on the efficient implementation of Article 15 of Regulation 2019/1020, enabling the recovery of costs by market surveillance authorities in instances of non-compliance.

The Joint Action started in June 2022 and it is now coming to an end. The participating authorities have performed a mapping of the different experiences and procedures in place across EU Market Surveillance Authorities (MSAs), developed a Good Practice Guidance, and are now ready to report on the status of this article's overall implementation and on the results achieved.

In the second newsletter, we report the key findings of the project and we discuss the main challenges that Market Surveillance Authorities (MSAs) still face in this field.
