The JAHARP2021-02 project, focused on televisions and computer monitors, started in June 2022 and ended in May 2024. Its main goal was detecting product non-compliances with the Energy Labelling and Ecodesign regulations, namely Regulation (EU) 2019/2021 and Regulation (EU) 2019/2013.

A Final Conference was held on 29 May 2024, during which the project team presented the results of the Action and the difficulties that Market Surveillance Authorities (MSAs) face in this field to the European Commission and key stakeholders.

Background

The Joint Market Surveillance Action on HARmonised Products 2021 Omnibus is a portfolio of projects co-funded by the European Union (EU) comprising 7 product areas and 3 horizontal/capacity-building activities.

In total, it involves 45 MSAs from the following 25 Countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.
