Final Press Release JAHARP2021-11
The JAHARP2021-11 project, focused on the implementation of Article 15 of Regulation (EU) 2019/1020, started in June 2022 and ended in May 2024. Its main goal was supporting Market Surveillance Authorities (MSAs) in the recovery of costs from Economic Operators in instances of non-compliance.
A Final Conference was held on 22 May 2024, during which the project team presented the results of the Action and the difficulties that MSAs face to the European Commission and key stakeholders.
In the Final Press Release, we discuss the key findings, observations, and the Good Practice Guidance developed by the project with the aim to provide MSAs with all the necessary information and good practices for the effective implementation of Article 15. Read more about it here.
