A Final Conference was held on 11 June 2024, during which the project team presented the results of the Action and the difficulties that Market Surveillance Authorities (MSAs) face in this field to the European Commission and key stakeholders.

Background

The Joint Market Surveillance Action on HARmonised Products 2021 Omnibus is a portfolio of projects co-funded by the European Union (EU) comprising 7 product areas and 3 horizontal/capacity-building activities.

In total, it involves 45 MSAs from the following 25 Countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.
