Final Press Release JAHARP2021-09
The JAHARP2021-09 project, focused on market surveillance on e-commerce, started in June 2022 and ended in May 2024. Its main goal was detecting non-compliances in web-shops.
A Final Conference was held on 28 May 2024, during which the project team presented the results of the Action and the difficulties that Market Surveillance Authorities (MSAs) face to the European Commission and key stakeholders.
In the Final Press Release, we discuss the key findings, observations, and the tools developed by the project to help MSAs target e-trade efficiently. Read more about it here.
