Final Press Release 10

The JAHARP2021-10 project, focused on the implementation of Article 4 of Regulation (EU) 2019/1020, started in June 2022 and ended in May 2024. Its main goal was enhancing the compliance of Fulfilment Service Providers (FSP), involved in the distribution of products sold online from suppliers in third-countries.

A Final Conference was held on 29 May 2024, during which the project team presented the results of the Action and the difficulties that Market Surveillance Authorities (MSAs) face to the European Commission and key stakeholders.

In the Final Press Release, we discuss the key findings, observations, and the Guide developed by the project, togetehr with EU industry bodies, aimed at online suppliers and FSPs. Read more about it here.
