2nd Newsletter JAHARP2021-03
Second Newsletter JAHARP2021 08

The JAHARP2021-03 project focuses on aftermarket non-original brake pads, and has the goal of detecting non-compliances with the Directive 71/320/EEC or UNECE Regulation No 90.

The Joint Action started in April 2022 and is now reaching its end in July 2024. The participating authorities have conducted market and risk analysis, identified products for inspection and testing, and are now ready to report on the state of the market and the results achieved.

In this second newsletter, we outline the key findings of the project and discuss the main challenges that Market Surveillance Authorities (MSAs) still have to overcome in this area.
