2nd Newsletter JAHARP2021-09
Second Newsletter JAHARP2021 09

The JAHARP2021-09 project focuses on e-commerce market surveillance and has the goal of detecting non-compliant products and supporting the Market Surveillance Authorities (MSAs) in their activities.

The Joint Action started in June 2022 and it is now coming to an end. The participating authorities have performed a mapping of the legislative requirements and of existing guidelines, conducted a market surveillance campaign, and are now ready to report on the status of the market and on the results achieved.

In the second newsletter, we report the key findings of the project and we discuss the main challenges that Market Surveillance Authorities (MSAs) still face in this field.
